This is a great time to join our global team of Service Delivery Managers, and work with some of the worlds leading brands, from high-street giants to energy multinationals and financial institutions as part of our highly experienced and dedicated Service Delivery team.
**The role**:
Our Service Delivery Managers (SDM) act as a single point of contact, who develop and sustain excellent customer relationships at all levels to ensure all service levels are achieved. You will ensure customer satisfaction; and commercial control, including managing budgets and P&L for your accounts.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide the essential link between A&O and the client on assigned accounts and to develop and sustain excellent customer relationships performing the role of primary point of contact.
- Manage all aspects of the A&O portfolio pertinent to the contracted deliverables with each assigned client and confidently manage Ad Hoc requests.
- Confidently conduct service reviews at regular intervals with the client. Documenting any service concerns and following these through to an acceptable outcome.
- Develop and widen relationships within the assigned account. Understands Excellent Customer Service and applies active listening, respect and reason.
- Engage and effectively manage third party relationships with service partners both in the UK and Internationally.
- Ensure the appropriate documentation e.g. Contract, Service Element Descriptions, Change Control Notes are created and maintained for assigned accounts.
- With support where necessary will negotiate and manage any required amendments to contract and will be responsible for providing the business with data in order for decisions and amendments to be made.
- Work with Project Management to execute the transition of new business from Project into a BAU state.
- Complete any other activities that enhance the service or financial performance of assigned accounts. Within the constraints of the authority of the position.
- Comply to company process and procedures and provide support in audits and quality assurance processes
- To promote and encourage a positive health and safety culture throughout the organisation through the provision of information, training, instruction and where appropriate supervision.
- Help maintain workplaces to ensure that they are safe and without health risks, including means of access and egress, with adequate facilities and arrangements for colleague welfare.
**About you**:
- Graduate caliber or equivalent
- Excellent PC Skills. At least Intermediate standard on Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Be prepared and able to work on and manage queues in house systems
- Proactive, positive, self motivated and enthusiastic; shows initiative and eager to progress
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Organised, able to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
- Flexible and adaptable to meet changing business demands and working environments.
- Knowledge of standard IT related products. (PCs, Laptops, Printers).
