Als Senior Financial Controller bist du der Sparringspartner für unsere Ventures und unterstützt diese in der Finanzplanung und Budgetierung.

Das bringst Du mit
- Dein Studium in BWL mit dem Schwerpunkt Finance und Controlling oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung hast du erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Du hast bereits mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem schnell wachsenden Unternehmen sammeln können
- Du weißt, wie man Reportings und Prozesse bestmöglich aufsetzen und automatisieren kann
- Du hast solide Kenntnis im Rechnungswesen und Accounting
- Du besitzt sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse insb. Excel und verfügst idealerweise über erste Kenntnisse in Business Intelligence Lösungen wie Power BI o.ä.
- Du arbeitest gerne eigenständig und bist proaktiv
- Du sprichst verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch

Aufgabenbereich
- Dein Input sorgt dafür, dass wir unsere Controlling-Systeme und -prozesse ideal optimieren und automatisieren können, dabei entwickelst du vor allem unsere Reporting Tools weiter
- Du bist der Sparrings
- und Business Partner für die Ventures und sorgst dafür, dass diese erfolgreich gesteuert werden
- Du bist hauptverantwortlich für die Erstellung von Reportings und Ad-hoc Analysen der Ventures
- Du entwickelst Budgets zur mittel
- und langfristigen Ressourcenplanung und Financials
- Du überwachst Abweichungen in der Buchhaltung
