**Your tasks**:

- Execution and test of simulation runs with iPhysics in the product line environment
- Identification of optimization potentials in simulation runs
- Implementation of possible improvement potentials in the simulation environment as well as for simulated products
- Planning, development and execution of (partly cross-departmental) simulation measures with iPhysics & WinMod in the product line environment, such as functionality tests on virtual machine models (digital machine twin, simulation of container behaviour on the conveyor, virtual machine IBN, control optimization using image recognition, simulation and AI, etc.)
- Independent monitoring and ensuring compliance with internal deadlines as well as active intervention in case of deviations
- Independent execution of simple programming for the further development of the simulation software
- Carrying out training for commissioning engineers and supporting simulation users during simulation runs
- Documentation and archiving of simulation runs in the SAP archive

**Your profile**:

- Degree in electrical/automation engineering, mechatronics or comparable field of study
- Basic knowledge of PLC development environments (optionally Siemens TIA Portal, B&R Automation Studio, Allen Bradley Studio 5000)
- Optimally experience with iPhysics software from machineering or other simulation programs
- Optional programming knowledge e.g. in the languages C# or VBA
- 3D imagination to understand the machine models in a CAD environment
- Surgency for new technologies
- Openness for varied work in which own ideas and improvements are appreciated and can also be implemented
- Good to very good knowledge of written and spoken German
