We focus on the acquisition and utilization of drive system data generated from the field as well as corresponding virtual data and data models from R&D and Engineering. **Become part of our global digital business team.** **Your new area of responsibility - challenging and future-oriented**: - As part of an international, diverse, and highly motivated team, you support product development teams in conducting the corresponding cybersecurity activities during the design, development, operation, and test stages - You advise, support, and consult managers and employees in their activities related to product and solution security - You guide cybersecurity governance implementation, drive process improvement, and ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity guidelines and requirements - You act aligned with product/functional lead and respective Product & Solution Security Officer - You are taking active role in cybersecurity requirements engineering in agile development process - You are conducting Threat & Risk Analysis for products and components and define risk countermeasures together with Product Owners - You will be playing a special role within Release Train Engineering Team (according to SAFe) - You ensure seamless cooperation and coordination with the Product & Solution Security Officer and with other Product & Solution Security Experts across departmental boundaries **Your qualification**: - You have a university degree in Computer Science or any related field - You have strong IT skills, especially security related knowledge of software development, hardware and networks - Building on that, you can demonstrate relevant, long-term experience in Cybersecurity - You have proven project experience in dealing with guidance, standards and legal regulations (ISO 27001, IEC 62443). Knowledge of the Siemens Cybersecurity process landscape (SFeRA and PSS) is an advantage but not a must - You convince with good knowledge in the areas of agile development and DevOps principles. - You are familiar with terms such as ‘pipelines’ and ‘container technology’ and you know the basic principles of these modern technologies - You also score points with experience in agile scaling frameworks such as SAFe - You are a good communicator and able to explain complex cybersecurity topics to non-cybersecurity professionals - You are at an advanced level in speaking and writing skills in English, German is a plus **We want you.
