You take over the logístical handling and monitoring of all parts and all customer-specific assemblies required to set up our machining centers and EDM machines at the customer's site You will be responsible for the timely conversion of planned orders into production orders in coordination with design, purchasing, order processing and service and Detailing of production orders at header and component level You monitor parts availability, coordinate subcontractors and track material deliveries You initiate WM provisioning and posting of pick confirmation from the warehouse You are responsible for the coordination of parts provision with machine dispatch, service, and order management and of direct deliveries in coordination with purchasing and order processing Ohne Personalverantwortung Bereiche Logistik Projektmanagement Administration & Verwaltung What do we offer? You completed commercial training or studies with a focus on business administration and/or logistics You gained several years of strong professional experience in materials management, logistics, production planning and control in machine tool construction or related industries You gained experience in the planning and control of production processes in the capital goods industry and in the digitization of processes with the ERP system SAP You show a very good knowledge of the modules of the ERP system SAP MM, PP and WM (pronounced) and SD, PS (desired) You are confident in handling Microsoft Excel and Teams and you ideally have experience in dealing with external partners of (warehouse) logistics You are good at spoken and written English Mit Berufserfahrung Sprachen Englisch Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten Logistic SAP WM SAP PP SAP MM
