Role overview:
What you will do:

- Project Planning and Coordination:

- Lead the planning and execution of integration certification projects involving third-party vendors, distribution partners, and hotel clients.
- Establish project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
- Technical Requirements Clarification:

- Collaborate with third-party vendors to clarify technical requirements and ensure alignment with integration goals.
- Vendor Consulting:

- Provide expert consulting to third-party vendors during the implementation and certification process, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
- Testing, Documentation, and Validation:

- Conduct comprehensive testing and validation of integration interfaces, documenting results and processes thoroughly.
- Create and maintain detailed test plans to guide testing activities.
- Pilot Installation Preparation and Execution:

- Prepare and oversee pilot installations with third-party vendors, distribution partners, and hotel clients, ensuring a smooth implementation process.
- Supervise the pilot phase, collecting feedback and making necessary adjustments.
- Communication:

- Manage internal and external communications in both English (mandatory) and German, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the certification process.
- Defect Analysis:

- Conduct detailed defect analysis, observing data flows and participating in troubleshooting efforts during the certification process.
- Who you are:
- Fluency in English (German is a plus).
- Strong hospitality background with knowledge of hotel operations.
- Experience with third-party vendor software and integrations.
- Strong knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS), preferably protel PMS.
- Strong technical skills, including experience with APIs and integration tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Great organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High level of independence and ownership in work responsibilities.
- Self-driven and enthusiastic with a proactive approach to challenges.
