For this role you are available as an intern full time for 6 months or as a working student for about 20 hours per week for 1 year or longer.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support your team throughout the project, for example updating the website, search engine marketing or developing various marketing materials
- Coordinate various advertising measures in preparation of trade fairs, compile the necessary trade fair material and assist with the professional follow-up of the respective event
- Make use of your organizational skills at various levels
- Think of the many small details that guarantee a smooth process
- Communicate with various internal departments and external customers
- Act as an interface between sales, development, booth builders, agencies and other service providers

**Qualifications**:

- You are enrolled in a business degree program, such as business administration or a similar degree program, preferably with a focus on marketing
- You speak fluent English, speaking German is a plus
- As an organizational talent you enjoy coordination and planning
- You enjoy working in an international team, also in a virtual environment
- You are motivated by new challenges
- You are hands-on and creative, committed and flexible
