We are looking for YOU as a **Working Student (M/F/d) Administration**for our location in **Garching**.**

**These challenges await you**:

- Reception desk (sign in visitors, escort suppliers when on premises)
- Maintain Admin Files (oft & hard copies)
- Create and assemble packages (lables, boxes, storage)
- Optimise work flow processes (spreadsheet management, Google drive)
- SAP (collect delivery notes, receipts etc)
- Organise & maintain meeting rooms, resources and refreshments
Organise, order and collect refreshments, consumables for meetings, workshops and day to day on as needed basis
- Assist with hardware management and storage
- Stock taking of consumables (kitchen, cleaning supplies)
- Adhoc tasks as delegated by n+1

**You inspire us with that**:

- You are a **current student**(enrolled at a university in Germany)
- **German language skills at minimum B1 level**(for communication with suppliers and internal teams)
- A **positive attitude**, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to listen and respond effectively
- High level of **reliability, discretion, and professionalism**
- Proficiency with **Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)**and basic understanding of **Microsoft Office**
- Willingness to learn basic SAP processes (training will be provided)
- Structured and detail-oriented approach to work
- Able to work **every Friday**; additional days are flexible based on your academic schedule
- Interest in learning about **office management, procurement processes**, and cross-functional collaboration
