**Aufgaben**: We at Mercedes-Benz Digital are the Digital Unit of Mercedes-Benz AG that combines Business and IT. Along the Online Sales Journey, we develop solutions that seamlessly integrate and are oriented towards the needs of our customers. Our mission is to create the most luxurious and intuitive online sales experience in the automotive industry. Therefore, aspects such as self-organization, end-2-end product responsibility, teamwork, team autonomy, and equal partnerships contribute significantly to our success. Our team is responsible for the Mercedes-Benz Online Store Cars Blueprint. As an interface between Regions and Product Development, we design the online sales channel for Mercedes-Benz vehicles from conception to implementation. Become part of our team and help design the future of digital vehicle sales at Mercedes-Benz T hese challenges await you: - Participation in strategic initiatives of the Mercedes-Benz Online Store as well as steering of own sub-projects e.g. Payment StrategyElaboration of business requirements, conception of new features and coordination with the developing product teamsPreparation of independent product and benchmark analyses as well as coordination with the relevant stakeholdersSupport in the conception and monitoring of customer surveys and user testing for targeted, customer-oriented product designCreation and preparation of decision documents at management levelCoordination and documentation of committee meetings between stakeholders and product management **Qualifikationen**: - Studies in the field of economics, business informatics, informatics, or a comparable course of study (at least 3rd semester Bachelor)You ideally already have knowledge and experience in eCommerce and / or online paymentIdeally, you already have knowledge in the area of agile organizational forms, e.g. Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)Confident handling of MS-OfficeConfident knowledge of German and English, both written and spokenExcellent communication skills are a matter of course for youYou enjoy an analytical mindset and working strategicallyYou are characterized by a reliable and solution-oriented way of working and a strong sense of responsibilityYou are interested in digital business models and product development Additional information: Please find the criteria of employment "here".
