**Company Overview**

As CMO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare by leveraging these technologies to enhance surgical planning, medical diagnostics, treatment, and education. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our engineering team, business stakeholders, and customers to streamline the development.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Medical and Scientific Leadership: Provide leadership and expertise in medical and scientific matters, including evidence-based medicine and emerging healthcare trends.
  • Advisory Boards: Lead and collaborate with medical advisory boards to ensure the integration of cutting-edge medical technologies into our products and services.
  • Interdepartmental Support: Collaborate with various departments within the company, including engineering, research, and business development, to align medical strategy with overall business objectives.
  • AI and XR Integration: Work closely with our engineering team to streamline the development and implementation of AI models and medical imaging support within our global medical mixed reality platform.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with healthcare professionals, institutions, and customers to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement of our products and services.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with healthcare regulations and standards to ensure that our products meet the highest industry standards.

**Your Profile**

To succeed in this role, you should have

  • Medical degree (MD) and active medical license.
  • Strong background in evidence-based medicine and medical research.
  • Knowledge and enthusiasm for AI and XR technologies.
  • Previous experience in a leadership role within the healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships.
  • Adaptability to changing requirements and the ability to make decisions quickly.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a self-starter mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to grow with the organization and take on new roles in the future.

**Nice to Have**

While not required, the following qualifications and experiences would be advantageous:

  • Experience working in a medical technology startup or scale-up.
  • Surgical background with hands-on experience.
  • Experience in medical imaging and familiarity with medical terminology.
  • Experience in cooperation with physicians.
  • Knowledge of the IEC 62304 and ISO 13485 standards.
  • PSPO/CSPO certification.
