**What you'll do**:

- You will be supporting the expansion of our company by checking corporative documentation and organizing registration process before governmental agencies
- You will manage legal, finance and human resource processes, such as notarization of corporate documents, tax registration and establishment of shadow payrolls.
- You will be able to contribute with new ideas to improve internal processes, workflows and implementation of new systems for the Company
- You will support data privacy activities according to international legislations (GDPR)
- You will put information into the internal controls and help to organize internal files and documents so this information can be used accurately in reports

**Who we're looking for**:

- You are enrolled in Law (previous internship is preferred) in a German University.
- You enjoy working with contracts and handles well bureaucratic activities such as dealing with state bodies and public agencies.
- You are interested in corporate law and you have a basic knowledge of corporate documents such as Trade register, tax registration and articles of incorporation
- You have excellent organizational skills and want to have an understanding of business and corporate relationships
- You work in a detail-oriented and structured way
- You have a process-oriented approach to execute tasks
- You have a strong motivation to constantly develop personally as well as professionally
- You are a very good team player
- ** You are a Fluent English and German speaker**:

- You master Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel
