We are currently looking for a Teamlead Influencer Marketing Germany Shoop & iGraal (M/F/d) to join our Influencer Marketing Team in Berlin. Amongst many exciting challenges, you will:

- Management, organization and support of the German Influencer Marketing team
- Strategic alignment and further development of the Influencer Marketing Strategy for the German market
- Planning, monitoring and continuous optimization of the annual budget
- Researching new trends and keeping an eye on the competitive landscape
- Representation of interests with regard to the needs of the team
- Cross-functional exchange with our other teams (e. g. Sales, CRM,) to further improve performance
- Keeping a continuous overview of the campaign reporting, analysis of performance data and derivation of action measures

We are a match if you have...
- gained relevant and in-depth work experience in Influencer Marketing
- a high affinity for all topics related to the influencer world as well as advanced knowledge in this area and its KPIs
- excellent writing and communication skills and excel in building relationships and working in a team
- a detail-oriented, analytical and problem-solving approach
- an up to date knowledge about the newest influencer trends, the current market situation and competitive environment
- a big love for the digital world and perfectly know how to navigate it
- the following language skills: German on a native level German and are fluent in written and spoken English
