In accordance with the rapidly expanding business, the Bank is aiming to fill the new vacancy of Associate (m/w/d) for their Credit team located in Düsseldorf. The main objective of the position is to perform KYC processes with the purpose of combating financial crime and mitigating regulatory risks.
**Ihre Aufgaben**:
- Give advice and instructions to Front Office departments regarding financial crime prevention and adherence to German, European and International regulatory matters.
- Escalate and assist investigation into any identified potential or actual breach of relevant rules and regulations and, where possible, assist in rectifying the situation.
- Creating and executing training modules to Marketing Units, Compliance and Senior Management
- Make sure that KYC related tasks are being effectively prioritised and swiftly managed by each department
- Coordinate and escalate KYC challenges, deadlines, special initiatives with the coordinator in charge
**Ihre Qualifikationen**:
- A secondary education/qualification in business, administration or similar
- 1 - 3 years of experience in Banking
- Knowledge of KYC or AML preferable
- **Fluency in German and English**:
- Experience in reviewing complex materials and communicating these in a manner that is both understandable and logical to various stakeholders
- Ability to work within a high pressure and time critical environment
- Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders at different regional and corporate levels in an effective manner
- Strong awareness of identifying risks in the process, system and tasks/responsibilities
