**The role and your impact at MOIA**:

- Develop, plan, and schedule content for our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) in collaboration with the social media manager
- Engage with our community by responding to comments and messages
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign strategies and execution
- Analyze social media performance and customer feedback to optimize content and strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and audience needs
- Monitor social media trends and integrate them into our communication where appropriate to maintain the continuous relevance and timeliness of our content

Job responsibilities and detailed projects will be determined based on your educational background, interests and skills.

**What will help you to fulfill your role**:

- You are currently **enrolled** in a** full-time Bachelor's** or** Master's program** in a **German** university (with a focus on Social Media or Marketing would be a plus)
- To support you in your personal development and to be able to take ownership of projects and processes, you should be** available for at least one year**:

- **Enthusiasm** for social media and a **strong **understanding** of social platforms and tools
- **Creativity** and a willingness to **learn** new things
- High level of **communicatio**n in** German and English**, especially **written**:

- Ability to work **independently** and as part of a **team**:

- Familiarity with **photo** and** **video** **editing** software is a plus
- First** experience** in **Marketing** or **Social Media** as intern or working student is a plus

**Student Community**:
We are diverse group of mostly students, who are curious, motivated and always eager to learn new things. We are a community of approx. 20 people, living in Hamburg and Berlin. We get together once per quarter to discuss different topics like sharing projects from our daily work or just for a coffee chat.
