**Position Overview**
In this role you will be responsible for the introduction of new products into Diebold Nixdorf’s global service organization, while considering the overall Lifecycle and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) aspects. You will work in a dynamic team of Service functions as well as R&D, Procurement, Sourcing and Software Teams. A wide technical understanding as well as “connecting the dots” is a key in your daily work. You will have a wide and interesting mix of hands on, as well as analytics responsibilities like cost calculation or data driven analytics.
**Responsibilities**
- Face of the Service organization within the product planning & strategy groups, engineering & product meetings and product development projects.
- Data Driven Data Analytics and Enhancement of Analytics engines.
- Creation, implementation, and KPI-based validation of new IT-supported service concepts (“IoT”)
- Analyze product improvement potentials, jointly with technical support specialists & drive Product enhancements
- Review the KPIs set up during product development in the field to confirm or improve product quality
- Development, Definition & Implementation of new Service concepts
- Internally proof Service concepts by executing them
- Service Interface for local and international Development Teams
- Service Interface to various Functions and Stakeholder at Diebold Nixdorf e.g. Procurement, Sales, Management, Portfolio Management, Repair Management, Managed Services
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or comparable training and at least 5 years of experience in international Service Operations
- Experiences in project or product management
- Experience in Electro Vehicle Charging Business preferred
- Knowledge of service processes, (ITIL) preferred
- Knowledge of the relevant tools and procedures of hardware development processes (milestone process)
- Very good knowledge of English and German / other foreign language desirably
- Good knowledge of MS office, especially MS-Excel and MS-Power-Point
- Strong communication skills in an international environment and high level of assertiveness.
