For our location in Oberpfaffenhofen near Munich we are looking for a Projectcoordinator (M/F/d).

**Your tasks**:

- Main point of contact to the customer
- Internal coordinator to Maintenance, Accounting, Procurement and Stores
- Coordination, in terms of technical personnel according to customer request, i.e. when is personnel needed where
- Oversight of the status of the different projects HeliService has for the customer and in the course of that provision of regular status updates to the customer
- Continuous updating of HeliService Customer Information Portal, that is an IT tool, which we use to track the progress of maintenance
- To some extend project management of technical department, when for instance pre-inspections are required to provide an accurate bid
- Communication with the customer, entailing provision of technical bids (will be prepared by the Maintenance/ Sales department), clarification of questions, clarification of invoices and any technical details therein
- Generation of invoices, encompassing all tasks and work which has been conducted on the helicopter, including material, direct and indirect man hours
- Management of payments to HeliService personnel
- Travel Management Project personnel
- Management of contract documentation, documentation by customer and contracts in general, internal distribution of relevant sections

**Your profile**:

- Strong project management skills, capable to handle a certain level of complexity.
- Basic technical knowledge certainly of advantage
- Good knowledge of MS-Office, especially Excel
- Business fluent English and ideally German language skills
- Commercial mindset
- Able to execute and complete projects by her/ himself
- Very analytical and structured way of working
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Independent and self-driven individual
