We are now looking to extend our team of **Sales Advisors **in our stores in **Hamburg, Cologne, Düsseldorf and Stuttgart **.

Previous experience in retail is not mandatory, however, the desire to achieve the very best in customer service is We are seeking individuals who aspire to grow and develop into true professionals. At UNIQLO, teamwork is essential. We encourage team members to take initiative and actively participate in all aspects of our business.

**What we offer**
- Salary range for entry level **12,50-13,50/h, with potential to increase to 16,00/h **as your Sales Advisor career advances

**Your tasks**
- Presence as contact person for customer inquiries at any time
- Provide excellent service on the sales floor, at the changing rooms and at the checkouts
- Ensure order and cleanliness in the respective area of responsibility
- Receive and process deliveries
- Replenishment of articles on the sales floor
- Rearrange of the displayed articles according to the instructions of the supervisor
- Use of the electronic goods registration system (RFID)
- Support customers with pick up of CLICK&COLLECT online orders and the UNIQLO App
- Daily use of digital tools (e.g. digital transmission of customer feedback via iPods)
- Collaborate in the alteration tailoring department (optional)

**Your profile**
- Enthusiasm for the UNIQLO brand and UNIQLO products
- Determination, quality awareness and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills & very good organizational skills
- Openness towards our customers and new tasks with hands-on and can-do mentality
- Good time management & quick comprehension skills
- Affinity for the use of digital tools, basic technical knowledge is an advantage (e.g. use of iPods)
- English and (basic) German language skills are desirable
- Flexibility to work on Saturdays, as well as early and late shifts
