**Overview**:
The primary role of the Casual Retail Sales Associate is to ensure the store’s sales opportunities are maximized through providing an exceptional experience for all of our customers and supporting the Store Manager with selected operational tasks. Crocs is a fun, unique and inclusive workplace that also provides opportunities to learn about and experience the retail footwear industry from the ground up.

**What You'll Do**:

- Attend to customers' needs and enquiries on Crocs footwear/accessories to maximise sales opportunities
- Strive to achieve and exceed store sales target.
- Perform daily housekeeping tasks to maintain excellent store presentation
- Adhering to Visual Merchandising guidelines and directives
- Display and replenishment of stock
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) efficiently and accurately
- Administration and implementation of company policies and procedures

**What You'll Bring to the Table**:
Some retail, in particular footwear, experience preferred but not essential

- Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Able to work effectively in a diverse team
- Service & results oriented
- Able to provide relevant and effective feedback to all members of the Crocs AU team
- Fun, vibrant and out-going personality that reflects the Crocs Values - absolutely passionate about Crocs and shoes.
- Training will be provided.
