- und Baubranche am Markt zu platzieren und die Branchen für die Zukunft vorzubereiten. Es warten eine grüne Wiese mit viel Entwicklungspotential und ein offenes und ambitioniertes Team im Kontext unseres hochinnovativen Unternehmensumfelds.- In unserem Team arbeiten wir in flachen Hierarchien und sind per Du. Als Venture Building Team sind wir innerhalb des Innovation Centers von Drees & Sommer verankert. Dessen Aufgabe ist es, den Status von Drees & Sommer als Innovationsführer der Baubranche zu wahren und durch die stetige Identifikation und Etablierung von neuen Innovationen im Markt noch weiter auszubauen.**Die Aufgaben im Einzelnen**
- Aktives Mitgestalten beim Auf
- und Ausbau der Venture Building Unit von Drees & Sommer
- Mitwirken bei der Ausgestaltung von Prozessen und Teamstrukturen, mit welchen wir Startups aufbauen
- Aufbau von Startups, von der Ideenfindung über die Validierung des Geschäftsmodells bis zum Ausbau von Startups mit laufenden Umsätzen
- Den Status Quo und die Vorgehensweise bestehender Startups hinterfragen und eigenverantwortlich Teilbereiche von Startups aktiv aufbauen
- Mitarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams: vom Venture Building über die Produktentwicklung zum Design, dem Marketing und der Entwicklung
- Analyse der Bau
- und Immobilienbranche, Identifizieren von Startup-Opportunities und Erstellen von Strategie Empfehlungen für weiteren Schritte

**Ihr Profil**:

- Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium bevorzugt in den Bereichen Business, Science oder Engineering
- Erste Erfahrungen in Startups, z.B. durch ein Praktikum oder eine Werkstudententätigkeit, oder bestenfalls durch erste eigene Gründungsversuche
- Eine hohe Affinität für Startups und erste Methodenkenntnisse (z.B. Business Model Canvas, Lean Startup)
- Spaß an Innovationen und neue Themenbereiche sowie eine allgemeine Neugier, Neues zu lernen
- Leidenschaft dafür, Geschäftsmodelle zu verstehen, zu formen und aufzubauen
- Selbständige, eigenverantwortliche und proaktive Arbeitsweise gepaart mit einer analytischen und strukturierte Denkweise
- Ein lockerer und respektvoller Umgang mit Mitmenschen bei gleichzeitig professioneller Arbeitsweise
