We are seeking an Oracle AGILE PLM Subject Matter Expert requiring hands-on system experience. You will be part of an IT team responsible for designing and implementing all major modules of Oracle Agile Product Life Cycle Management (PLM) including integration with all other related systems like CAD and ERP.

You will help to reduce broad business requirements into detailed IT architecture plans, lead large new IT solution design; will be a key technical contributor that
solves complex, high impact design problems.

This will be a highly visible role requiring strong communication and collaboration across multiple organizations.

**Other responsibilities**:

- Guide the team on regulatory requirements relating to the process of deploying a validated solution.
- Work closely with all Agile stakeholders that consists of external consultants, internal business teams from Regulatory, Quality, R-D and Supply Chain operations and the internal IT team to participate/contribute/ in requirement gathering and solution design.
- Guide the business in developing requirements that fit well with Agile PLMs out of the box capability.
- Elaborate and map business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
- Responsible for feasibility analysis, solution design and driving the implementation of new functionality.
- Own the Agile PLM system in terms of system configuration, solution and development.
- Cross train internal IT team on Agile features, functionality and integrations.
- Coordinate with business users and development teams to work towards an efficient solution based on acceptable trade-offs.
- Contribute to the technical design and development of the integration between Agile and SAP.
- Work with R & D, Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Chain Operations business teams to gather requirements for ongoing future enhancements
- Work with business and IT teams to design and implement solutions to handle those requirements.
- Conduct unit and system integration testing for all Agile related components, participate in user workshops, UAT and user training.
- Coordinate with external consultants and Oracle support to troubleshoot and resolve any system related issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent.
- 8+ years of experience in the design, configuration, development and implementation of Oracle Agile PLM system.
- Post-graduate and/or certification/ license may be required.
- Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in job.
- Experience in configuration of BOMs, product attributes, defining workflows, privileges/roles, user groups etc.
- Knowledge of initiating and creating new products and bill of materials in Agile, releasing them as ECOs to ERP system
- Possess experience in implementing Oracle PLM for multiple companies.
- Experience with Agile Product Collaboration (PC) module, Portfolio Management, Product Quality and Engineering Collaboration. Experience with other Agile modules like Innovation Management Cloud and Product
Costing will be a plus
- Experience integrating Agile with SAP
- Experience in designing and implementing any PLM system and process manufacturing in a regulated environment.
