Innovation Program Associate

We’re actively seeking a Program Associate to continuously deliver value to our startups and partners for our HealthTech vertical.

**HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE**:

- Program + Startup Facing:_
- Lead the strategic planning of program goals, content focus, and structure
- Align program elements with program managers in other locations (e.g. Singapore, Silicon Valley) and cross-vertically
- Own relationships with startups in the program
- Hold intake interviews, exit interviews, and make sure all startups are on track to meet program goals
- Grow ecosystem of mentors and VCs to bring more value to the program
- Set up 1:1 sessions or group workshops for startups to meet with Mentors, VC’s and corporate partners for the program
- Collect feedback and develop an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement
- Create pilot project case studies, keep in touch and engage with alumni startups and track project success
- Event Management:_
- Responsible for the strategic planning and execution of virtual and in-person events like Program Kick Off, Orientation Session for Program Startups, Industry Specific Events, EXPO
- Create and co-host community events to continue engagement and grow the local ecosystem
- Inform our network about upcoming events
- Meet on a regular basis with stakeholders to make communication easy and project manage to do’s for the team
- Marketing & Communication_**:

- Define marketing and communication strategy for the health program Startup Creasphere
- Prepare documents and communication (Flyer, brochure, newsletter, social media campaign) for major events supported by our marketing team
- Together with our marketing team, prepare relevant news for social media
- Corporate Partner Facing:_
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders within our partner organizations
- Track corporate participation of the program with high attention to detail and design new ways to increase corporate engagement

**CAN I BE A PROGRAM MANAGER?**

We are looking for someone with:

- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Startup experience is a plus
- Project management / process improvement experience
- Detail oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong process and analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and create improvements
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in public speaking
- Self-motivated with the ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Passion and understanding for entrepreneurial communities
