**HR Manager (w/m/d)**

**in Düsseldorf, in full-time / permanent employment**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- First point of contact for managers and employees and the joiner / leaver process
- Act as point person for HR-related questions such as: time off, payroll, Workday, benefits.
- Onboard all new hires and facilitate First Day Orientation with the local office manager.
- Ensure employee data accuracy in Workday (e.g. promotion, individual job change, compensation adjustment)
- Oversee the German Employee contracts documentation
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programmes and support for the payroll changes
- Acting on local policies, guidelines and processes (maternity and paternity leave)
- Process monthly and ad-hoc HR invoices on the in-house accounting system
- Conduct exit interviews and build reports
- Collaborate and build relationships across teams

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Associates degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or 2 years of relevant HR experience
- Proficiency with MS Office
- HR Information Systems experience (Workday experience a plus)
- Exceptional time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Organized and detail oriented
- Ability to prioritize and reassess needs in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service focused
- Strong team-player mentality
- English and German fluent language skills
