We are growing and want to ensure that we remain strong and continuously improve in attracting the right people with a cultural fit to ChurchDesk. As our Internal Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring talent across the teams within ChurchDesk. The position is a part-time position working from our office.

**About the job**:

- ** Stakeholder Management**: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies. Provide guidance and training on interview best practices.
- ** Employer Branding**: Contribute to and promote ChurchDesk's employer brand, showcasing our unique culture, values, and career opportunities.
- ** Interview Process Optimization**: Continuously evaluate and refine our interview processes to ensure efficiency, fairness, and effectiveness.
- ** Onboarding Support**: Collaborate with the our leadership team to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to new hire onboarding.
