**Intern in AAV Purification Process Development (f/m/d)**
**YOUR TASKS AND EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES**
- Work on future-oriented tasks at Biologics Research in the field of Protein Sciences and AAV biology
- Assist in designing and performing purification of scalable AAV purification using knowledge of protein chemistry, preparative chromatography, and membrane separation techniques.
- Establish and perform purification of AAVs using ÄKTA Purification system.
- Help in establishing protocol for isolation and purification of AAV using TFF.
- Perform purified AAV sample analysis using SDS-PAGE, ELISA, HPLC, qPCR and ddPCR methods.
- Work in a multidisciplinary team
- Collaborate with teams from other laboratories
- Gain insight into the processes of AAV biology
**WHO YOU ARE**
- You are an enrolled student (M/F/d) of biology, biochemistry or chemistry
- You have basic laboratory experience in the field of biochemistry and cell biology
- You are familiar with the common Microsoft Office programs
- You have good time and organizational management skills
- You are characterized by your independent working style and enjoy working in a team
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, German language skills are an advantage.
