**What You’ll Do**

Gyptech is seeking a **Buyer** to join our Supply Chain team. We are looking for a hardworking and capable individual to join our team. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager - Europe, your role will involve:

- Processing purchase orders for various commodities - ensuring best cost and delivery.
- Managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, deliveries, ensuring continuity of supply.
- Maintaining the supplier database and related documentation.
- Determining and managing inventory needs to support both production and aftermarket spare parts.
- Actively participating with multi-disciplinary teams to find sustainable, scalable, and cost-efficient solutions in material supply.
- Ensuring that all purchased items meet the required quality standards and specifications.

This role will require occasional international travel to other Gyptech offices. Primary work location is the office in Neuburg an der Donau, Germany.

**What You Offer**
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration/Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a direct procurement role.
- Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of fabrication/contract manufacturing and electrical components sourcing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software. Knowledge of Infor Syteline is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills in English and German.
