Our Business Analytics Team plays a key role in harnessing the full potential of this architecture, providing valuable reporting & insights for data-driven decision making and optimizing business efficiency within our Commercial & Operations departments.

**Lead Business Analytics - Commercial & Operations (M/F/d)**

**Responsibilities**:
**Drive strategic projects**:As the Lead Business Analytics (M/F/d), you oversee strategic projects, ensuring their timely completion, meeting all requirements, and delivering top-notch quality. This will involve cross-functional coordination, challenging and validating what is being built, tracking progress, identifying risks, and proactively escalating issues to stakeholders when necessary.

**Solve business challenges with data**:Working closely with senior management, Business Analysts, and end-users from various departments, you will deep dive to understand their use cases and needs, to then find the right solutions, which you translate into precise specifications for our Data Engineers and Business Analysts.

**Prioritize data engineering activities**:At the interface with our Data teams, you take the role of Product Owner for Commercial & Operations. Collaborating with other department Product Owners, you effectively prioritize the capacity of our Data Engineers, striking the perfect balance between implementation efforts and delivering maximum business value in the shortest possible time.

**Manage stakeholders**:Building and maintaining strong relationships with key business and tech stakeholders is a crucial aspect of your role. This includes managing expectations, transparently communicating project status, timelines, and results, and collaborating with your team to enhance stakeholder satisfaction based on stakeholder feedback.

**Lead by example**:You lead and develop team members, manage the Business Analytics team backlog and coordinate its execution using agile methodologies to ensure both the service-level of our current commercial & operations reporting & the on-time delivery of new reports.

**Profile**:

- Completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Management or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in product management, project management or business analysis. Experience in eCommerce is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills
- Very strong business acumen, a keen interest for commercial & operations processes coupled with a data-driven mindset
- Ideally experience with a BI-Tool (Tableau, Power BI) and with SQL or another scripting language
- Tech savvy with a basic understanding of software, data engineering, BI tools and solutions
- Fluent English & German skills
