**Marketeers effectively spread the word**: In the Marketing Team we shape a brand that stands for the democratization of wealth. We raise awareness for our mission by bringing the best creative talents together with the most data-driven marketeers. We are the face to our growth.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

You will be the go-to person for highly performant ad copy that gets people from “Interesting” to “I have to join” in max 3 seconds.
- You will develop English master copies and concepts for our internationalization team - which means you’ll see your copy all over Europe sooner than you think.
- You will eventually be training Junior staff on the topic, acting not only as a mentor but a manager of a small team of writers

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You are the expert on all things growth & performance copy, switching between assets and channels with ease. You know how to make people click here, learn more, sign up or simply scroll down.
- You’ve not only heard of engagement rates, conversions and other KPIs, but they are music to your ears - plus you know how to play the right instruments to turn them up.
- You have experience with Instagram, Snapchat, Tiktok and all the other platforms. Filters and polls, captions and challenges, you juggle these with your eyes closed.
- You see character limits and other platform-specific constraints as a welcomed challenge enabling you to do your craftiest writing.

Must-haves
- English native speaker, ideally with basic German skills (for the sake of translations)
- 5+ years of relevant working experience as a copywriter, either at a digital, content or performance agency or in the marketing area (start-up related experience is a plus)
- A portfolio or work references demonstrating that experience

Nice-to-haves
- An interest in investing, finance, cryptocurrencies and technology in general
- Even though you excel at short copy formats, you also know how to write a thorough newsletter or long-form content for a website - because you’ve done it before.
- Hidden talents or quirky interests that have nothing to do with your work, but enrich our diverse, multi-cultural team in a unique way
