- **WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:

- You have 7+ years of track record in software engineering with PHP
- You have practical experience with cloud-based infrastructure, preferably AWS
- You bring a strong ability to lead, inspire, engage and coach a diverse team
- With your excellent communication skills and empathy, you ensure your projects are well managed and you have a good relationship with your stakeholders
- You have experience in SaaS in a B2B context and understand the e-commerce business with its technology landscape
- You are fluent in written and spoken English and enjoy working with people from different cultures and nationalities

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- With technical experts and architects, you build a roadmap in compliance with company standards
- You drive timely and predictable delivery of projects and initiatives within your team
- You ensure the reliability and quality of the team’s software systems
- You guarantee incidents are being responded to and the team learns from them to continuously improve
- You establish and maintain sustainable teamwork with the teams Product Manager and Agile Practitioner as well as collaboration with business
- and technical stakeholders
- You bring company strategies and business needs into engineering to ensure outcome-focused work is done
