We are currently looking for a **(SENIOR) Solution Architect (M/F/d)** for München.

**Your tasks**:

- Work closely with the sales department and the technology solution consultants to assist throughout the partners and customer acquisition process
- Find the best complimentary architecture between the technology and the customer’s environment
- Consult, architect and configure deployments within large-scale environments
- Implement and manage Enterprise POCs to technical closure
- Conduct and guide live and virtual customer installs and technical support
- Collaborate with the customer/partner to establish and translate business objectives into technical requirements and ensure completion of RFPs
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify software solutions throughout its evolution
- Providing technical support to customers as they explore the technology
- Act as an escalation point to communicate bugs or product issues to Development and Quality Assurance teams
- Developing low-code scripts, tools, and processes
- Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
- Refer to internal databases or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions

**Your Profile**:

- Degree in a relevant field i.e Computer Science, IT or Software Engineering
- Proven experience in software architecture, sales engineering or technical presales
- Profound knowledge in the following areas is required: Docker Container, Linux, Windows Server, MySQL, Firewall and Security Permission
- Hands-on experience with Cloud Management (AWS, Azure, Google)
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in the areas mentioned above
- Familiarity with work management tools such as Jira and Confluence is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in English and German
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal in English and German
- Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Docker or similar technologies is a plus
