The team's mission this year

As the global People and Culture compass, we enable our existing and future Spatialists to grow, succeed and make an impact. We make up the backbone of NavVis.

How you will make an impact
- You are part of our Global Recruiting team and will work to position NavVis as an employer of choice on a global level by centrally coordinating our employer branding initiatives and by elevating them to a more strategic level
- You will support the process of defining an Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and develop an action plan of innovative and powerful concepts for specific target groups
- You will be owning and managing the end-to-end recruiting process for a variety of our critical-to-fill roles (this can range from biz to product and tech roles)

What will help you succeed in the role
- With several years of experience in an Employer Branding role, preferably in an international fast-growing tech environment, you will be well-equipped to take a strategic lead of our employer branding activities
- You are familiar with the current trends in recruiting and employer branding (social media recruiting, business networks, events) and are keen to find new and unconventional approaches
- Your expertise in stakeholder management will enable you to work collaboratively as thought-partners with hiring managers to prioritize roles and modify sourcing strategies for critical and hard-to-fill positions
- You live state-of-the-art recruiting and are not afraid to try out new methods and trends to attract top talent
- Your passion for technology will come in handy in keeping up with the hiring needs of the tech teams at NavVis
- Your exceptional skills in written and spoken German and English will allow you to present convincing pitches for our products and the teams behind and help you with creating great content to promote our employer brand
