**Senior Art Director (M/F/d)**

**Location: Berlin**

Are you passionate about creating inspiring campaigns and have a keen eye for design? As a Senior Art Director, you will be fully responsible for the conceptual development and implementation of campaigns for various clients. You should feel comfortable working on both online and offline campaigns, and be dedicated to not only maintaining our client's corporate design but also continuously developing it further.

**Your Tasks**:

- Fully responsible for the conceptual development and implementation of creative campaigns for various clients.
- Develop and elaborate ideas, present them both internally and to customers, and successfully implement concepts across all channels (online & offline, mobile, TV, OOH, etc.).
- Take a proactive and leading role in pitches to attract new business.
- Proactively present ideas to further develop the client's brand identity.
- Independently develop potential award-winning ideas (gold ideas).
- Lead, mentor, and develop junior/mid-level art directors.
- Collaborate with other creative staff to develop project strategies and create visuals for advertising campaigns.
- Perform image editing and research.
- Develop, implement, and support corporate design.
- Present results to the Creative Director, clients, and management.
- Conduct research to better understand brand goals, target markets, and industry trends.
- Ensure that all aspects of the campaign are aligned with the needs of the client or company.

**Your Profile**:

- Degree in graphic, communication, or media design, or comparable training.
- 6+ years of marketing and agency experience.
- Expertise in developing and implementing creative concepts.
- Strong understanding of creative and functional aspects.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Experience in shooting, filming, and collaborating with external service providers.
- Skilled in innovative tools and techniques for concept development.
- Fluent in English.
- Proven track record of award-winning creative work.
