As a Project Management Officer, you will be managing the IT infrastructure project portfolio, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on budget and to quality standards, as well as introducing new project management procedures, guidelines and templates. - Supporting project owners throughout their project lifetime in terms of project management and approvals.
- Collaborating and communicating with various stakeholders to inform about project progress, risks, and issues
- Conducting IT project reviews to evaluate performance (time, budget, quality), identify areas for improvement, and ensure project success
- Monitoring ongoing project progress, managing dependencies that impact resources, budgets and timelines and preparing project portfolio reporting for management
- Reporting on project portfolio status and progress for overall transparency
- Establishing and further developing comprehensive project management governance, including all policies, processes, best practices, guidelines and standards
- Collaborating with the IT Controlling teams to ensure IT projects are delivered within budget

**Your powerful skills**
- Successfully completed studies in economics, business, business computing or similar
- Professional experience in project management or project controlling, ideally in the Project Management Office
- At least 3 years of experience in IT Project Manager and / or Project management Officer
- Comprehensive analytical and communicational skills and good understanding of numbers
- Overall knowledge of IT Infrastructure, IT delivery, and a good understanding of IT project management principles
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with all kinds of stakeholders.
- Capable of presenting in front of groups (team, steering committees etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written in English

**Advantageous, but not a must**
- Certifications in project management are desirable (i.e., IPMA or similar).
- Excellent German verbal and written communication skills
