- Dein Aufgabengebiet:_
- Unterstützung des Projektmanagements bei der Überwachung von Terminen, Meilensteinen, Budgets und Erfolg
- Controlling
- Erstellung aktueller Statusberichte
- Verfolgung und Gewährleistung der optimalen Ressourcennutzung
- Schnittstellenmanagement (Kunde, Vertrieb, Technik)
- Vorbereitung und Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen, digitalen Software-Handbüchern sowie - Verantwortungsübernahme für deren Qualitätssicherung
- Diverse Assistenz-Aufgaben
- Dein vorhandenes Handwerkszeug:_
- Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Assistenz-Bereich/ PMO
- Sicherer Umgang mit allen modernen Bürokommunikationsmitteln und Office-Anwendungen
- Kenntnisse in diversen ERP-Systemen
- Teamgeist, eigenverantwortliches und zuverlässiges Arbeiten
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Zielgerichtetes und strukturiertes Vorgehen, hohe Eigenorganisation und Struktur
- Sympathisches und souveränes Auftreten
- Teamfähigkeit, Organisationstalent und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Führerschein Klasse B wünschenswert
- Du bist ein Organisations-Talent im Projekt-Geschäft und bringst die Motivation mit, Dich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten
