**YOUR ROLE**

We are looking for highly motivated and energetic individuals for the position of Head of EU & APAC Warehousing and Fulfilment Operations**,** who will drive our business by being responsible for overseeing all end-to-end 3PL operations and bridging the operational processes between Freight forwarding, warehousing, fulfilment and distribution (last mile). You will also work closely with our internal stakeholders and external service providers in Logistics to ensure consistent and efficient delivery of products to customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

- leading the coordination of e-commerce fulfilment and distribution operations from third-party logistics locations pan-EU (including UK) & China as well as Razor-owned fulfilment centers. Ownership of following processes but not limited to
- Inbound shipments
- Outbound Sales Orders
- Outbound Transfer Orders
- Inventory/stock Management
- Performance measurement and reporting of the partners
- Cost Management - Tracking and Control
- Contract management
- RFQ process for identifying new partners which suit future business requirements
- Internal and external Stakeholders management
- Lead new system integrations from a business ownership POV
- assisting the team with high-efficient inventory management tools and implement SOPs to help improve fulfilment accuracy. You have experience of working with setups where WMS from service provider interact with ERP of Razor and you are able to lead these integrations and operationally monitor and improve their performance.
- identifying and qualifying new third-party logistic partners to meet Razor's growing needs and requirements and ensure that all 3PLs meet their commitments in terms of price, efficiency, and documentation required according to the agreements
- being the key contact for our Customer Success Team for logistics topics, order processing accuracy, and warehousing-related issues. You have experience of doing order management including detailed deep dives on where the orders are stuck or fail in the process and why.
- collaborating with our Accounting team to ensure all 3PL and freight payments are in compliance with Contracts and SLA's
- own the process of the inventory traceability and will take care of Quality Assurance and Inventory Control Checks with 3PL and report any damages or missing inventory
- being able to zoom out of the day to day operations and are able to bring structural improvements in the entire Logistics setup by using your end-to-end understanding of Razor processes across the company from Commercial/Business teams until the customer care team which interacts directly with consumers. You have strong experience of delivery Operational Excellence and projects that have brough the entire function/organization to the next level in terms of delivery.

**YOUR PROFILE**

To succeed in this role you:

- have a masters degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- have proven experience of working with scaling e-commerce companies & delivering stupendous results
- 5+ years' work experience, including 3+ years in the team management
- have experience developing 3PLs, brokers and FFW relationships, both domestic and international
- have strong computer and analytical skills and experience working with Amazon and its ecosystem as well as other ERP systems (Netsuite previous experience is a big plus)
- have strong skills in negotiation, communication, problem-solving, and data analysis
- Proven ability to manage urgency and drive tasks to completion

additionally you have experience in these relevant fields:

- inventory management and stock counts management in a global basis.
- inventory accuracy and accountant impacts.
- ERP Procure-to-Pay & inventory modules
- e-commerce platforms and interfaces with ERP and 3PL providers systems
- building and improving Operational global processes.
