**Ryanair Engineering Germany GmbH is looking for a (paid) Trainee / Technical Assistant** We are looking for a motivated Technical Assistant, who will work closely with our Head of Technical operations.Next to role relevant skills like basic mechanical / technical/ aviation skills, we are looking for person with a great portion of empathy, mixed with a lot of hands-on mentality, topped with a great spoon of team driven energy Following some more facts about the role **Assisting the Head of Technical Operations with**: - Coordination of Maintenance Station relevant visits - Supporting with reviewing licences and training certificates and reporting any obstacles to the Technical Head - Reporting daily figures related to training, rostering and Maintenance relevant topics - Organizing of the daily schedule / appointments of the Technical Head - Creating reports and presentations, preparing meetings - Independent project work - Support in matters about tooling, manpower, training and AOGs **Requirements**: - Proficiency with basic computer programs including MS Office and database systems. - Aviation / Amos Skills are an advantage - Excellent communication skills - Ability to read and interpret technical data - Good time-management skills - Ability to work in a high-pressure environment - Willingness to travel for instance to a German outstation - Fluent in German and English language **Benefits** - IT set up - modern equipment to support you as best as possible - Internal & external learning and development options - Company pension contribution by employer - Monthly charged shopping card "Sodexo" - Cooperate Benefits Reach out to us if you are ready to take off with us
