Your tasks

As a UX/UI Designer (f/m/d) at Homelike you will be responsible for crafting the best UX and UI user experience while being part of our cross functional tech & product team

**How you are part of our success story**:

- Research: You use core research methods from usability testing to depth interviews to collect feedback and test new features
- Analysis: You analyze and communicate insights from the users to our team and stakeholders
- Journeys & Structure: You define navigation, user flows and information architecture
- Prototype & Wireframe: You build interactive prototypes and annotate your design prototypes based on customer feedback
- Visual design: You design flows and experiences that are incredibly simple and elegant
- Partner: You partner with stakeholders, product owners, developers, data analysts to oversee the user experience of a product from conception until launch

**Profile**:
**What you need to convince us**:

- You have 3+ years of hands-on experience in creating digital products with end-to-end UX/UI product design work
- You are self-motivated, autonomous, enthusiastic, detail oriented, highly reliable with a high level of curiosity and initiative
- You are experienced in working with cross-functional teams in iterative product development cycles
- You have experience collaborating closely with engineering teams to deliver high quality and high impact solutions
- You demonstrated strategic product design thinking and vision in your portfolio
- You have great storytelling and excellent English communication skills

**What would be a plus**:

- You have experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods (such as user interviews, usability testing, survey design, concept testing and click testing)
- You have experience in tools like Figma, Abstract and Sketch
- You have experience working with Design Systems
- You have CSS & HTML knowledge
