As a Senior Accounting & Reporting Specialist, you will work in the finance team on all tasks related to the reporting process.

**Tasks**
- Timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to HGB
- Record postings, carry out intercompany reconciliations and independently and regularly check balance sheet and P&L accounts
- Preparation of monthly reports to the management
- Analyze and explain target-actual deviations in important financial indicators and KPIs
- Continuous improvement of the processes in your area of responsibility, make your contribution to the automation and digitization of our company

**Your profile**
- Successfully completed studies in economics with a focus on finance, accounting or taxes or completed vocational training with further training as an accountant
- Several years of practical experience in the general ledger and reporting in a growth company or previous work at an auditing company
- Good accounting knowledge according to HGB; Knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP desirable
- Confident handling of Excel and practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics or comparable accounting systems
- You feel at home at the interface between accounting and controlling
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
