**The Role**

An exciting opportunity to jump into the ongoing implementation of NetSuite, lead its integration from the Finance side and administer the system post-go-live. You will be partnering with various departments across the organization to enhance and improve our NetSuite environment, perform ongoing maintenance, provide daily support to our finance teams, lead future improvements and integration projects. The successful individual will thrive in a growing, ambiguous environment, possess strong communication skills, and have extensive NetSuite implementation and maintenance experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive integrations with NetSuite and contribute your technical experience to perform customisations and enhancements to meet business needs
- Manage administration of NetSuite and assist with debugging system integration and functionality issues including engagement with NetSuite support
- Perform data migration after the acquisition of a new brand/company
- Lead ongoing improvements and implementation of new NetSuite features and modules
- Perform training to the Finance team members and develop and maintain all training materials and user documentation in a searchable and re-usable format
- Design, implement and maintain customisations of NetSuite to meet evolving business needs including reports, saved searches, dashboards, scripts and workflows
- Develop, document and implement policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure data integrity, change protocols, customisation and usage
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality, customisation and integration

**What You Bring**
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
- High proficiency with Oracle NetSuite ERP and minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with it; additional experience with other ERP systems a plus
- Hands-on knowledge of SuiteScript and SuiteBuilder
- The ability to interface with the C-Suite and stakeholders to build, plan and implement complex projects in ERP
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
