**Your profile**
- You are studying in a natural science or engineering degree program, e.g. printing technology, physics, materials science or related
- Preferably you have knowledge and hands-on experience in printing and/or coating technologies
- You are a team player with high levels of motivation, initiative and organizational talent
- You impress with your determined and performance-oriented working style as well as proactive problem-solving skills
- Your fluent proficiency in spoken and written English, ideally also in German, helps you in your daily communication with your colleagues

**Your main responsibilities**
- Quality control of established materials and qualification of novel materials with a focus on production implementation
- Optimization of established and development of innovative manufacturing proceses and their transfer to production scale
- Planning and execution of experiments together with their analysis, assessment and documentation on own responsibility
- Support in the genereal R&D and daily laboratory operations
