Our client, a global leading telecommunication company, is recruiting for a
** Senior Process Designer ** to join their business in Europe
**.**

- Ashwini Chawan | +49 (0) 89 23 88 98 35**Responsibilities**:
- Performing end-to-end process design and getting it approved by the relevant stakeholders;- Enabling training content creation and deliver training sessions;- Defining KPIs which will be used to determine the viability of process design;- Collecting change requests related to process design from department heads and enacting those changes;- Finalizing project reports and other documents;-
- Leading design sessions with stakeholders, sharing insight gathered from scrutiny of existing processes;- Fostering a culture of continuous process improvement and sharing those values with others through mentorship;- Act as liaison for escalation between internal and external partners.

**Qualifications**:
- 3-5 years’ experience in Business Administration, Operations or Management;- 6+ years in process design and implementation utilizing the six values for continuous improvement;- Six Sigma Yellow Belt Course certification or other equivalent training;- Proven experience in operation management;- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to quality;- Strong organization skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple, often conflicting priorities to successful completion;- Always operates with the highest levels of honesty, integrity and fidelity, acting in the best interest of the business always;- Strong capability for up-skilling and reskilling, with a curious mind and desire to constantly learn and grow;- Proven leadership skills, with experience in guiding team members to achieve objectives;- Technical writing skills;- Experience with using such tools as Excel and Visio to produce workflows;- Excellent attention to detail;- Resilient and approachable with the ability to work successfully in a dynamic, fast paced environment;- Ability to operate as a team player, with a flexible and positive attitude;- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;- Ability to work under pressure;- A self-starter able to work independently but comfortable and effective working in a team environment.- Bachelor’s degree (at least 4 yrs.) in Business Administration, Operations or- Management or any equivalent degree/experiences;- Ability to communicate written and verbally in English; Japanese is preferred but not required.
