Change Management Coordinator

**The Role**

As a Change Management Coordinator at euNetworks you will be part of a dedicated and experienced team who ensure the Change Management process is closely followed, ensuring the best possible service is delivered to our customers across Europe.

It will be your responsibility to guarantee all changes are processed and approved, in order to minimise the impact of change-related incidents upon service quality and consequently improve the day-to-day operations of the organisation. All changes you plan and implement are done with aim to minimising risk and service disruptions

**What will you be doing?**
- As an experienced Change Coordinator, you will be processing all network change requests (Standard and Emergency) taking ownership of changes, providing due diligence on presented changes (conformance to standard) and appropriateness.
- Change administration, procedural updates and implementation planning
- Risk, impact assessment and prioritisation of changes
- Site access - managing access requests from internal staff and external vendors to ensure all work is controlled and understood.
- Generate the metrics and trend analysis-month/year (Network and Change)
- Post change implementation reviews
- Prepare documentation for weekly change activity, update change calendar
- Complete quarterly internal audits as and when required, and provide evidence that processes are being followed
- Co-ordinate major changes and management of the deployment activities themselves

Team structure: You will be providing guidance and support to other Change Management Coordinator. You will receive guidance and support from Senior Change Management Coordinators, Manager Change Management.

**What do we want from you?**
- Understanding of change management principles is preferred but training will be provided.
- Experience of working in a NOC environment or within Network Operations is desired but not essential
- The ability to meet deadlines under pressure and to be comfortable planning and prioritising your own workload
- Accuracy/Attention to detail - you are committed to producing accurate work and keeping up to date and clear records
- High level of customer focus.
- You are a team player but also able to work on your own initiative.
- A positive, pro active individual, you are approachable and able to build relationships internally and externally.
- Strong PC skills, particularly with Excel
- Good communication, and interpersonal skills

euNetworks operates a hybrid working policy with a minimum of 2 days a week in the office.
