We are looking for ambitious and innovative individuals to join DH for their first job, working on global products on our key verticals and impacting the lives of millions of users daily.

This is a full time permanent position open to fresh graduates of Data Engineering, Computer Science or related courses.

Our Tech and Product team consists of over 5,500 Heroes working within our 7+ tech platforms and we provide global services to our entities, leveraging synergies through shared, flexible backend solutions. Our Data team works mostly with Python, Airflow, SQL, Spark, Terraform and other modern Data Engineering technologies.

**Your Heroic skills**:

- You must be based and have the right to work in Germany - visa sponsorship and relocation support is unfortunately unavailable for this position
- You have a good understanding and coding experience in Python, data structure and algorithm ideally from prior internships, bootcamps, public code repository
- You have recently completed a Bachelor’s or Masters’ degree in Data Engineering/ Data Science or other computing related field
- You have some familiarity with cloud services (AWS / GCP), and its data warehouse solutions (BigQuery, Redshift, etc).
- Knowledge of SQL, e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL or Aurora or with NoSQL - e.g. Cassandra, MongoDB, DynamoDB
- You are comfortable dealing Linux and working command lines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Fluency in English
- An Analytical thinker, a strong problem solver with a humble & inquisitive approach
- Excited about working in a fast-moving and agile company where we learn from our mistakes

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with workflow management tools, e.g. Airflow, and containerization is a plus
