**What You’ll Do**
- Procurement & Supplier Coordination - Source materials, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.
- Inventory & Supply Chain Management - Track stock levels, prevent shortages, and optimize material flow with ERP systems.
- Logistics & Order Fulfillment - Ensure timely deliveries, resolve shipment issues, and support operational deadlines
- Quality & Compliance - Conduct quality checks, manage returns, and uphold health and safety standards.
- Data & Reporting - Maintain accurate procurement records and provide insights on cost savings and supplier performance.

**What You Bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or relevant experience).
- 1+ years of experience in procurement, inventory, or supply chain management.
- Strong ERP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in German and English (written & spoken).
- Experience in purchasing MRO consumables is a plus.

**Work Environment**
- Office-based role with occasional warehouse or supplier visits.
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 10kg occasionally.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 45.000,00€ - 55.000,00€ per month
