**Ihre Aufgabe**:
Take the opportunity to actively put your knowledge into practice and get to know the day-to-day business of an internationally operating company. You will take on responsibility, work independently and get to know BuyIn´s HR Team through the following tasks:

- You contribute with your creative ideas and support us in projects on topics in the field of learning & development as well as health & well-being
- You plan, implement, and manage health and well-being initiatives, fostering a positive and supportive working culture
- You will support the HR team in day-to-day operations, especially in the administration and maintenance of our Learning Management System
- You organize trainings, workshops and various development measures for our employees while being their contact person for questions
- You support the expansion of the current training landscape and the implementation of digital learning formats
- You take care of the administration of our training budget and the reporting of the development measures

**Ihr Profil**:

- You gained already first internship experience in HR fields; preferably HR Development
- You enjoy working with people and bring excellent communication and teamwork skills
- You are an organizational talent with a high degree of reliability and independent way of working
- As a Digital Native, being proficient in MS-Office and having a high affinity for new work methods/new ways of working
- You are currently studying economics with a focus on HR, Business Psychology or comparable
- You are proficient in English, your German and/or French skills are a plus

With the Dual Master Program within the HR Team we offer the possibility to obtain a Master´s degree while working fulltime with us. To facilitate this we work together with the School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE). This allows you to combine your duties and responsibilities within your job with a two year lasting Master´s program.
