Travelzoo is seeking a **Photo Editor (M/F/d) to join our team in Berlin**. Our Photo Department brings travel, entertainment, and lifestyle deals to life through high-quality visual content. This position requires a strong visual eye, technical expertise, and a keen understanding of what resonates in a performance marketing context. You will focus on producing photo-based assets for data-driven campaigns and work closely with our global Member Acquisition team to support social media and digital advertising initiatives.

**Do you feel**
- Excited to produce compelling photo-based creatives that support digital performance marketing campaigns
- Confident creating and adapting visual assets using templates and brand guidelines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with short turnaround times
- Able to manage multiple content requests weekly, ensuring timely delivery and brand consistency
- Motivated to collaborate with marketing teams to create visuals that drive user engagement and acquisition

**You are ideally**
- Degree educated with 3+ years of experience in photo editing or visual content creation, ideally within an in-house marketing, media, or content team
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop; experience with basic motion or video tools is a plus
- Familiar with the needs of performance marketing or social media campaigns, including A/B testing and data-informed content optimization
- Experienced working with existing design templates to produce variations quickly and efficiently
- Used to collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and adapting to shifting business priorities
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain quality under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, team-based environment
- Aware of current photo licensing and copyright standards
- Fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus
