Hauptaufgaben _main responsibilities_:

- Verantwortlich für das Audit Management des Standortes
- _ Responsible for the audit management on site._
- Eigenständige Planung, Durchführung und Verwaltung von Kunden-, Lieferanten-, internen Audits. Betreuung von externen Audits.
- _ Independently plan and manage customer, supplier, and internal audits. Hosting of external audits._
- Festlegung von Folgemaßnahmen in Zusammenarbeit mit den betroffenen Fachfunktionen. Nachverfolgund und Dokumentation der Maßnahmen.
- _ Definition of follow-up actions in collaboration with the respective departments. Tracking and documentation of the actions._
- Betreuung des Lieferantenmanagements.
- _ Supervision of supplier management._

- Planung, Vorbereitung, Durchführung von.
- _ Planning, preparation, execution and of:_
- Kundenaudits/_customer audits_
- Internen Audits/_internal audits_
- Lieferantenaudits/_supplier audits_
- Vorbereitung, Begleitung und Auswertung von:

- _ Preparation, hosting, and evaluation of:_
- Externen Audits (bspw. Behördeninspektionen)/external audits (e.g. authority inspections)
- Unterstützt Erstellung und Durchführung des Internen Auditplans
- _ Responsible for the internal audit plan and its implementation._
- Erstellung von Auditberichten und Antwortschreiben
- _ Drafting of audit reports and audit responses._
- Festlegung von Maßnahmen in Zusammenarbeit mit den betroffenen Abteilungen und Nachverfolgung sowie Dokumentation derselben in angemessenen Zeitrahmen
- _ Definition of actions in collaboration with the respective departments and follow-up as well as documentation of actions in a timely manner._
- Kommunikation von abgeschlossenen Maßnahmen an andere Stellen
- _ Feedback of completed actions to other parties._
- Unterstützt Lieferantenqualifizierung inclusive Lieferantenaudits
- _ Support of supplier qualification and supplier audits._
- Bewertung von Lieferanten
- _ Execution of supplier evaluations._
- Identifizierung von Verbesserungspotentialen
- _ Identification of improvement opportunities._
- Kommunikation mit allen Beteiligten im Bezug auf Audits und Inspektionen
- _ Stakeholder management in regard to audits and inspections._
- Unterstützung anderer Qualitätsthemen nach Bedarf
- _ Support of other quality topics as required._

Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung / Skills and Experience
- Approbation als Apotheker oder vergleichbarer Universitätsabschluss (Biochemie, Chemie, Biologie oder vergleichbar)
- _ Licensed Pharmacist or comparable University degree in a technical or other related scientific discipline (Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biology)._
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung mit Qualitätsmanagementsystemen, idealerweise davon 2 Jahre als Auditor
- _ Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality systems related role, ideally 2 years as an auditor._
- Nachweisliche Erfahrung im Qualitätsbereich Pharmaverpackung
- _ Proven experience in the quality department of a pharmaceutical packaging company_.
- Gute Kenntnisse der Anforderungen für Qualitätssicherungsinspektionen
- _ Good working knowledge of quality assurance inspection requirements_.
- Gute Kenntnisse der cGMP, ICH, GAMPs, Annex 11 und Eudralex-Richtlinien
- _ Knowledge of cGMP, ICH, GAMPs, Annex 11 and Eudralex guidelines._
- Geschäftssicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- _ Fluent in business German and English._
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- _ Very good communication skills._
