During the Graduate Program, you will learn everything about energy. First, you will get to know the traditional energy trading business of commodities from the petroleum sector. You will then gain insights into our New Energy division, with which we sustainably secure the energy needs of our customers. - Big Picture: To understand our business, it is important to learn about the entire process chain of energy trading. During assignments at one of our tank terminals or in a sales office, you will experience first-hand what our core business is really all about. We would also like to give you additional insights through short assignments with various business partners and customers. - Career opportunities: We want to see you thrive, which is why you will have an unlimited employment contract right from the start. What we are looking for: - University degree: You have successfully completed your master's degree in economics or another relevant field. - Motivation: You have a high affinity for marketing & customer relations as well as a good technical understanding. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills as well as team spirit and a hands-on mentality complete your profile. - Intercultural competence: You enjoy working in international teams. Very good English and German language skills ease your communication with customers and colleagues. - First work experience: Ideally, you have already gained some experience (e.g. through internships) in the areas of commodities and/or energy, but this is not a requirement for joining our Graduate Program.
