We’re looking for a **Verification Specialist** to join our **CGC CARDS** division in our **Munich, Germany** Office to provide exceptional review, verification and database maintenance of customer submissions utilizing their knowledge of sports, trading, and/or non-trading cards.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO AS A VERIFICATION SPECIALIST**:

- Verify & Validate collectible submissions, ensuring all details—such as characters, edition, language, and other key identifiers—are accurately recorded
- Enter & Maintain Data by inputting item-specific details into proprietary systems with precision
- Research & Identify collectibles using internal databases to confirm authenticity and origin, escalating complex cases as needed
- Resolve Discrepancies by collaborating with the Client Services team to address inconsistencies between customer submissions and received items
- Ensure Quality & Accuracy in data entry while maintaining consistency across multiple platforms
- Manage Time Effectively to meet production timelines while balancing speed and accuracy
- Collaborate Across Departments to ensure a seamless verification process

**WHAT MAKES YOU THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- In-depth knowledge of trading cards, sports cards, or non-trading cards
- Experience with data entry and/or receiving (preferred but not required).
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong eye for accuracy in reviewing and verifying items.
- Proficiency in research to verify and confirm card details.
- Strong organizational & time management skills to efficiently process high-volume submissions.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
