Tasks
- Support sales team in the ongoing development of existing and prospective FoxESS customers to ensure that the subsidiary can meet its growth targets.
- Work with other departments such as Operations, Logistics, and Sales planning to assure that orders are complete. Follow the order from start to finish to ensure that it is sent out correctly and on time.
- Manage & communicate with the FoxESS Distribution Partners on operational topics
- Prepares proposals, budgeting & quotations to customers. Accompanies projects during their execution phase to generate follow-up sales.
- Follow up on warehouse stock and update customer data
- Check and generate sales reports for the Sales Director and Key Account Managers
- Back-up for the other Back Office Assistant and Sales Coordinator

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in German and English is a must
- Technical background is a great advantage
- Strong teamwork awareness, exceptional communication and negotiating skills, a customer-focused mindset, and professional, “can-do” attitude, structured and accurate
- Knowledge of Salesforce/SAP ERP/MS Teams is a plus
