After having built a decentralized team across the globe we are now opening up our office in Berlin. Tasks - You'll develop solutions to help track, analyze and report campaign performance for Europe's fastest-growing startups - You'll visualize data for our internal performance marketing team to help them optimize marketing campaigns - You develop tools to predict the future performance of different marketing variables **Requirements**: - You are studying one of the following fields: Data Science, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering... or as a "Quereinsteiger" you can demonstrate a high affinity for statistics and practical experience with data analytics - You are proactive, structured, like to bring in your own ideas, and can acquire new skills independently - You have experience with linear and logistic regression - You have a basic understanding of marketing KPIs and are interested in startups - You are proficient in Excell or Google Sheets - You are fluent in German or English - Ideally, you have already worked with tools such as Supermetrics, Google Data Studio, and Google Analytics - Ideally, you already have some experience with predictive analytics, machine learning, and marketing attribution **Benefits**: - 1:1 coaching by former Facebook and Google employees that will turn you into an absolute performance marketing A-player - Work with Europe's most exciting startups - Top-notch equipment (MacBook, Airpods, Standing Desk) - Unlimited access to online courses and seminars - Free snacks and drinks (no not just an "Obstkorb") - Free gym membership - BVG ticket and Swapfiets - Regular team events - Hybrid working model Not sure if you should apply?
